797 Apparel ships clothing and other products to customers within the United States.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after the order is placed.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Times

After an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping service selected at checkout.

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before an order is completed. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges shown at checkout unless 797 Apparel specifically states otherwise.

Tracking

When available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the package is accepted by the carrier.

Delays

797 Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe promised at the time of purchase, we will provide the customer with the appropriate options required by applicable law.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information, 797 Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, their local authorities regarding suspected theft.

International Shipping

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, 797 Apparel currently ships only within the United States.
